Always clean. Service reps are always pleasant and professional. The cost to replace a license plate bulb $55 is crazy!! I bought 2 bulbs for $8.99 and did it myself. It would be nice if the service technician left the seat in the same position it was.

Service is good but the tech said truck rear brakes are wearing 1 ton dulley with 25,000 miles on it is this a warranty issue no miles on truck

The day before a holiday I called service and parts to verify they could get the parts and repair/service the vehicle where I could use it for the holiday weekend. They were able to get the parts delivered and get the car into the shop for emergency service at a great price. That is what I call customer service.

Eric and others at Vachon Chevrolet's service department in Brooklyn, Connecticut provided outstanding and timely service for us at a time when repairs to our 2020 High Country were urgently needed. I am not happy with the service department. I have owned many GM vehicles and never had any problems with them at this stage of ownership. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Vachon in Brooklyn CT. There had been problems with this vehicle from the very beginning of my ownership of this car.

Got me right in, was happy withe the service. The only complaint was you send me a coupon in the mail for $109 oil change, I get to the shop and an oil change is always $109 so you didn't do me any favors to save me money. Why waste your money on printing those coupons out if that's always the price.

I have been to many dealerships which are high pressure and this is definitely not one of them. It's quite refreshing not to be harassed while you're looking at vehicles. They're willing to negotiate and is willing to make a great deal with you. Alex, the salesman was personable and easy to work with. I walked away feeling like I got a great value for what I paid.

Always friendly and courteous. However, electronic glitch issues were not fixed as everything checked out ok. Dangerous situation with no brakes or power steering that could happen again. This is a Chevrolet issue. Not much the dealership can do when codes check out.

I went in to get rain guards installed and the service desk was friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rain guards were and what a great job they did installing them.

The staff at Vachon Chevrolet Inc is above and beyond all my expectations of a Dealer and Service center. I took my 2025 Corvette in for an oil and filter change along with a transmission filter change and in the process they found a minor oil leak. They diagnosed where the leak is coming from and replacing a faulty gasket. All within a weeks time. Top notch professionalism. I can't say enough about their outstanding professional service.

The General Manager came out to the waiting area, sat down and chatted with all who were waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. I've been purchasing new vehicles for over 40 years and that never happens. GM Stew Abramson brings this experience to a new level that all GM's need to strive for. My sales representative Jimmy is my go to when looking to buy a car. He listens to my needs, gets me in the vehicle that suits those needs, and is always fair with pricing. Negotiations are a necessary part of the car buying experience and Jimmy and the staff make it easy and no-nonsense. It is obvious that the entire staff have been trained and encouraged to put customer experience as a top priority and that keeps me coming back to them for my vehicle purchases despite them being father than the nearest dealership to my house.

Could not have been a better truck buying experience. They were patient, and worked with us so we could get approved for the MassDOER MOR-EV voucher rebate, even though the sale had to be delayed because of it. Worked with Jimmy (salesman of the month last year!). People are what matters most in this world, and he was courteous and helpful. Also they gave us the best price compared to other dealers for the same truck, which made it all the better.

Finally had hot cocoa instead of all coffee while I waited even though it didnt take long for oil change. I was able to use a coupon as well as gm rewards which was great considering everything in the world is so expensive we have to save when we can.

Went in for tire rotation and oil change and as usual the service was excellent

The front desk is always friendly service. They explain everything. I was a disappointed with the length of time. A 10:00 appointment for a oil change and didn't get my car back till 12:30. I was told I need all wipers. They could only change the back one. The front ones they couldn't do because the new blades don't fit on the wiper arms. It's a 2024, I didn't change the wiper arms, Chevy should make blades to go on. I've tried 2 different auto stores and nothing fits my 2024 Trax. The service department can't order blades for my car because they don't know what will fit.

I can depend on Vachon Chevrolet to help me servicing my Silverado truck.

Paperwork is not that strong point but they’re very nice people
